Deuxième Anniversaire

To celebrate our 'deuxième anniversaire' (second anniversary, for all non-french speakers), we went out for dinner along with Jasmine, of course, to a restaurant called RED. Prior to heading out, I surprised Ken (he didn't want anything at all) with personalized pillow cases and matching bed sheets to go with the cotton theme for two years of marriage. I figured giving something different other than a cotton polo shirt would be a little less mundane. =) I, on the other hand, was given a bottle of perfume. It was a contrast to the theme, but greatly appreciated, nonetheless.
It's amazing how fast time has flown by since the day Ken and I got married. We have been through an interesting adventure in our two years of marriage. We're not a perfect couple - we have our arguments, our ups and downs, but whose marriage doesn't!? Our love, trust, and bond have grown stronger through it all. What better way to describe my husband Ken, but as my "BFF!" God had a plan when He brought us both together, and we live our lives in thankfulness as a testament to Him.
